Cooked yogurt based dishes are one of my favorite foods, and a bowl of kousa bil laban is ultimate comfort food to share with family.
The recipe basally uses hollowed out baby zucchini that are stuffed with flavorful rice and jackfruit (which i decided to use to replace to veganize. Baby courgettes stuffed with minced lamb, pine nuts and spices, slow cooked in a yoghurt sauce, served with lebanese vermicelli rice. 2 kg (64 oz) zucchini, medium size 1 1/2 kg (48 oz) yoghurt 3 cloves garlic, crushed with a dash of salt leaves of 5 mint stalks, finely. كوسا باللبن / شيخ المحشي عالطريقة السورية || sheikh el mahshi / kousa bil laban recipe.
